Website film to raise the bar in the communications sector
Romax is a 20-year plus established direct mail business with an impressive client list. Despite the quality of their credentials, the website did not accurately represent the breadth and standard of their services. Robin Sumner, the CEO, approached us to review and recommend changes.
Following a sector review and in discussion with the management team, we identified a core positioning for the business focused on expertise which leads the creative execution. ‘Delivering smarter customer communications’ became the descriptor for the service.
'We've got the smarts' became the offer to the clients and we put wit and unexpected visuals together to demonstrate Romax's left field approach to solving client needs.
A film was created to explain the ways in which Romax can help clients achieve better results using ‘smarts’ to get more.
The homepage leads with the brand film and the clear ‘smarts’ offering. The more visually engaging website directly appeals to clients whom have larger comms need and are looking to work with a company who appreciates how to visually appeal.
We helped establish the website structure and wrote the key sales messages on the homepage and main section pages.
We developed a fresher colour palette, created a stylised graphics language and identified more distinct imagery to appeal to a more visually discerning audience.
An improved responsive designed website means each user gets the best view of the website on every device.
Service pages now show the breadth of the offer; more than mere print, with multimedia campaigns and integrated workflows. New service landing pages clearly explain the benefits of each service as well as demonstrating success through client case studies.
An improved About section now highlights the qualities of the service from Romax, the values of the company, and is endorsed with client testimonials.
Client success stories are demonstrated through convincing case studies in a dedicated section on the website.
