Creating a quietly confident brand for this business services company
Peter Leach is a world-renowned family business advisor who was recommencing private practice after a long period leading the department at Deloitte. Peter approached us to create a brand and website for himself and his services but expressed the need for discreteness. In a world where growing profile is the main ambition of any online presence, Peter wished to keep his profile low but ensure that those who did look at his website would feel confident in Peter's professional skills.
Branding
The brand identity needed to represent both Peter himself and Peter Leach Associates. As such the typography and the monogram were carefully designed to express experience and modernity. With such a personal motif the client was closely involved in the final design.
Corporate comms
We designed all of Peter's communications tools including the stationery, Word templates and Powerpoint template. As key business tools it was important that they reflected the high standards of his service and kept a consistent brand look and feel.
Film
We created a short film to represent Peter and demonstrate his professional expertise, to feature as the lead on the new website.
As part of the process of creating the film we worked with the client to create the script, reccie the locations and plan the storyboard.
We directed and filmed, edited and graded, sourced music and stock footage to produce the final film.
Photoshoot
Along with the film work we directed a day's photoshoot to support the rest of the website content with high resolution, quality imagery – this could also be used off the website.
Our work included propping, wardrobe and make-up.
Website
We created the structure of the website and worked with the client to create an overall simple and bold presentation of Peter's experience and the company's service offering. The film features on the homepage.
Along with the imagery we created animated diagrams to bring to life the service areas and demonstrate how they are interlinked.
