Greenwich Hospital
Reporting on the impact on serving and former serving naval personnel and families from this historic Crown body.
Supporting Greenwich Hospital to communicate its impact more meaningfully, highlighting its important role for naval service people and their families. We have been producing the impact report since 2022, building on a relationship dating back to 2010, when we helped establish Greenwich Market (owned and managed by Greenwich Hospital) as a leading retail destination. Our deep understanding of this unique Crown body gives us a strong foundation to support the client as they evolve their communications strategy.

Reporting on impact
Starting with an annual planning meeting, we work with the management team to structure the messaging within each year's reporting. We also interview and write case studies, and design the full report. The new communications approach is the start of a goal to become fully evidence-based in all reporting.
Over three years of development, we have organised and produced many photoshoots, which are essential to engaging in the stories that demonstrate the organisation's impact.
In addition to the print report, we have also created small form handouts for easy distribution of key statistics and digital graphics to be applied on social platforms.
“We’re in our third year of working with Fit Creative and have been impressed by the team's responsiveness and willingness to flex and develop the design and content of our report, as our organisational needs and internal capacity have changed over time. They listen to our brief carefully, but also challenge us to think creatively. We’ve been delighted by the quality of the work produced and the feedback we have received from others about our Impact Report.”

Crest redraw
Over our long relationship with Greenwich Hospital, we have supported them with brand development to make it fit for purpose and more easily applied. This included a redraw of the crest from its original hand-painted symbol to be digitally formatted and rendered in single colour and reversed out.
