Work Visit Greenwich brand

Creating a logo with bags of personality

"Working with Fit Creative to create a brand that would satisfy the many Greenwich partners was a real challenge, but one which they rose to and delivered with great success."

Barrie Kelly
Chief Executive
Visit Greenwich

We worked closely with the client to identify the key assets and most recognisable elements of Greenwich's heritage and culture including the home of time, artillery history, river connections, royal patronage and in recent times an arena for major musical artists. These were incorporated into a distinctive typographic logo.

A new strapline 'time after time' both links to the most well known reason people visit Greenwich – to stand on the Meridian line, and to celebrate how each time you visit Greenwich you can experience something new and fantastic.

A brand fit for press and public

Visit Greenwich needs to be able to talk both to the press and to the public in order to promote Greenwich. The new logo stands out and visually represents the range on offer in Greenwich.

Flexible logo system

Versions of the logotype have been created which simplify the logo for small sizes, merchandise versions for tourism usage, and monogram versions for social media. We have built the brand to be as flexible as possible and to be able to be easily used by the Visit Greenwich partners.
