Workzone Programme

Marketing tools for a dedicated employment initiative programme within the tourism industry in Greenwich, London.

Workzone is a dedicated employment programme from Visit Greenwich, connecting Royal Borough residents with careers in tourism, leisure, and entertainment. Having worked with Visit Greenwich since its inception, the team tasked us to bring the programme to life. We created the Workzone sub-brand and produced a range of films, leaflets, and flyers. Central to the campaign were genuine testimonial videos from individuals already thriving in the borough's tourism industry – authentic voices that gave the programme real credibility and appeal.

Programme brand

We created the sub-brand for Workzone under Visit Greenwich with a bold visual language. The strong brand mark is supported by the Visit Greenwich logo and uses a vibrant magenta for maximum standout.

The Workzone initiative was no different – Fit excelled at scripting, filming, editing and producing a set of films to promote our new engagement programme. They handled all the organisation efficiently and directed the filming of relative amateurs to produce a set of inspiring videos which have really represented the opportunities that Workzone provided. They also established the sub-brand and designed the supporting print materials, so it was a fully rounded service. The results of the initiative exceeded our expectations – we engaged 120 young people and secured 20 jobs. We were so pleased with the results that we recommissioned Fit in year two to produce more videos and marketing materials.”

Videos

We scripted, directed, edited and animated three video testimonials from three inspiring young individuals who work in the Greenwich tourism and leisure industry and had unusual journeys into their sector. 

In a second round of the programme, we have filmed, edited and animated three new video testimonials from leaders in their fields. These include a director of sales and marketing, an HR business partner and marketing a manager.

Printed marketing tools meant the programme could easily be shared on the street and at the three Jobcentre Plus offices around the borough.
